This policy outlines the fulfilment, cancellation, and return structures for The Alchemical Filidh. Our operations comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR) 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the DMCC Act 2024. All orders are fulfilled through our partner, Fourthwall.com.

1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR) 2013, UK Travelers have a statutory right to cancel and return items for any reason within 14 days of physical delivery. 
Standard Items: Apparel sizes or colour configurations selected via standard store drop-down menus are legally classified as off-the-shelf goods (not bespoke) and are eligible for a full return. Refunds, including standard outbound shipping costs, are issued within 14 days of return receipt.
Bespoke Exemptions: This 14-day right does *not* apply to uniquely customised or personalised items (such as custom texts, uploaded images, or tailored adjustments) as they cannot be resold.

2. Faulty Goods & Consumer Protection
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match the description.
30-Day Right to Reject: If an asset arrives faulty, print-damaged, or misdescribed, you hold a right to reject the item for a 100% full refund within 30 days of physical delivery.
Six-Month Clause: If a manufacturing defect develops within six months, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund applies.
Claims Protocol: For a speedy resolution, email clear photographs of the item lying on a flat, well-lit surface with the error or tag displayed alongside your order number to: thealchemicalfilidh@gmail.com.

3. Pricing, Cancellations, & Risk of Loss
Order Adjustments: You can cancel or amend an order via your confirmation email at any time *before* it advances into production. Due to their instant nature, donations, tips, and locked messages are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Transparency (DMCC 2024): We strictly prohibit "drip pricing." All mandatory standard charges are clear upfront. Pre-ticked option checkboxes are never utilised.
Transit Protection: Risk of loss or damage remains entirely with us throughout transit and only transfers to you upon physical delivery to your specified address.
Material Disclosure: In compliance with the UK Textile Products Regulations 2012, exact fabric compositions (e.g., 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester) are fully detailed on every product card.
